Each sinus is scored from 0 to 2, with total scores ranging from 0 to 24. Higher scores indicate more severe disease. N/A Modified Lund-Mackay (Zinreich) score More detailed version of the original Lund- Mackay score, with a score of 0 to 5 for each sinus, representing the percentage opacification from 0 to 100%, and score of 0 to 2 for the ostiomeatal complex signifying normal appearance (0) to complete obstruction (2). Each side is graded separately, with a maximum total score of 54. Provides more detail than the original Lund- Mackay score. N/A
