ÎÎPermanent pacemaker implantation may be considered in: •  minimally symptomatic patients with chronic heart rate <40 bpm while awake. (IIb-C) ÎÎPermanent pacemaker implantation is NOT indicated for SND: •  in asymptomatic patients.
