M – Moderate Evidence from RCTs with important limitations or moderately strong

L – Low Evidence for ≥1 critical outcome from observational studies, from RCTs
with serious flaws or from indirect evidence
VL – Very low Evidence for ≥1 critical outcome from unsystematic clinical observations
