EMRS is oen a more diffuse process with radiographic characteristics such as mucin-filled sinuses and bone erosion. ose who have long-term inflammation and associated bony erosion or reactive neoosteogenesis can have sinonasal outflow obstruction, which is associated with worse prognosis and lower effects from medical therapy.
