Dose WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS 30 mg subcutaneously every 4 weeks for the first 3 doses, followed by once every 8 weeks thereaer • Hypersensitivity reactions • May require reduction of corticosteroid dosage • Parasitic (Helminth) infection 300 mg given subcutaneously every other week • Hypersensitivity reactions • Conjunctivitis and keratitis • Eosinophilic conditions • May require reduction of corticosteroid dosage • Vaccinations 100 mg administered subcutaneously once every 4 weeks • Hypersensitivity reactions • Herpes zoster infections • May require reduction of corticosteroid dosage • Parasitic (Helminth) infection • DO NOT USE for acute bronchospasm or status asthmaticus 75–600 mg subcutaneously every 2 or 4 weeks • Anaphylaxis • Malignancy • May require reduction of corticosteroid dosage • Eosinophilic conditions • Fever, arthralgia, and rash
