When to consider alternative CPP sites (intraprocedural
crossovers)
COR LOE Recommendations
2a C-LD 1. In patients undergoing CRT with BiV pacing implantation
via the CS, crossover to CSP with HBP or LBBAP is
reasonable when the CS LV lead placement is unsuccessful or
suboptimal.
2b C-LD 2. In patients undergoing CRT with BiV pacing implantation via
the CS, crossover to surgical epicardial CRT with BiV pacing
might be reasonable when the initial approach is unsuccessful
or suboptimal.
