Consider assessment of these domains if resources available Items Objective physical performance: SPPB, TUG or gait speed SPPB includes 3 tests (balance, chair stands, and gait speed); a score of ≤9 associated with increased functional decline, nursing home use, and mortality in community dwelling older adults.
