Management
1. Tissue spears can
be made with toilet
paper or facial tissue.
2. Twist — do not roll
— the corner of the
tissue. Use thumbs
and first fingers of
both hands to twist
spear tight.
3. Break off about 1" of
the top of the spear
(too floppy to use).
