• Swimming/aquatic exercises (e.g., shallow or deep-water exercises)
• Resistance/gravity-mediated physical activity (seated leg raises,
band exercises, dumbbells)

• Walking
• Swimming/aquatic exercises (e.g., shallow or deep-water exercises)

• Balance exercises (walk straight line, standing on one foot,
standing/sitting up and down, target "core" muscles)
• Assess for special equipment needs

• Exercise/physical activity prescription plan driven by patient and
guided by clinician
• Assess for special equipment needs
