������ Patchy tonsillopharyngeal exudates
������ Palatal petechiae
������ Anterior cervical adenitis (tender nodes)
������ Winter-early spring presentation
������ History of exposure to strep pharyngitis
������ Scarlatiniform rash
Features suggestive of viral pharyngitis:
������ Conjunctivitis
������ Coryza
������ Cough
������ Diarrhea
������ Hoarseness
������ Discrete ulcerative stomatitis
������ Viral exanthema
